I was employed as an Art Director at Hederman Brothers Printing from  June 2005 - September 2012. My duties were to concept, design, and manage projects until completion. This included working closely with clients, sales representatives, and members of our design team to ensure the success of each project from its beginning until its completion. My projects included a variety of print related items. I received great experience creating concepts for logos and branding elements which I then used in designing a variety of collateral material, brochures, business cards, catalogs and magazine publications.

I was employed at Hightower Advertising Agency from September 2012 - February 2017. My duties included managing my client’s branding and national advertising campaigns, and provided them with both digital and printed solutions. This included conception, design and project management, while working closely with clients, sales representatives and members of our design team to  ensure the success of each advertising campaign from its beginning until its completion. I worked closely, with co-workers (designers, copy writers and web developers), as created advertising solutions. My mission was to provide feedback and constructive criticism while we worked to conceptualizing potential solutions to solve design and branding related challenges that met our client's current needs.

I moved to Memphis, TN to begin work at HBG Design as a Visualization Specialist in 2016. I worked in this role from February 2016 - January 2020. I was tasked with creating graphic representations of architectural floor plans, elevations and renderings. I worked with each design team (interior designers and architectural designers) to complete these projects and compile them, along with the work of others, into presentations. These purpose of these presentations are to gain client approval of designs, from the point of initial conceptual designs to completed architectural plans.

In January 2020, I moved into the role of the Marketing Graphic Designer at HBG Design. My current position has opened new paths to be creative in a variety ways. Our marketing team works in conjunction with the business development team, architects and project managers to create informative and eye-catching presentations which are used to develop new business opportunities, and maintain business relationships with existing clients. I am also tasked with providing graphic support for the public relations side of our business, while maintaining and updating our brand. This role affords me opportunities create logos, publication ads, trade show graphics videos and other print and digital media used promoting our company.

All of my past experience has given me the skills to work creatively in a fast pace and deadline oriented environment. Creativity, time management & project management are key to my profession & each job has helped me become a responsive, faster, more efficient and better designer.
